Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders received before 12.00am Monday to Friday, on the same
day, but please allow 1 – 4 working days.
Please note we do not guarantee delivery, and cannot be held responsible for late
deliveries, and no refunds will be paid for late deliveries. We do not dispatch on Bank
Holidays and are closed in the period between Christmas and New Year. Please be
aware that deliveries in the period before Christmas may take longer, or during
industrial action.
Channel Islands / Highlands and Islands – Please allow extra time for delivery
Standard Delivery
We despatch using Royal Mail 24 Tracked Service which aims to deliver the next
working day but cannot be guaranteed.
Goods up to the value of £49.99, delivery cost is £4.40 including VAT.
Goods Ordered over £50.00 qualify for Free Delivery.
UK Express Delivery (Monday to Friday only)
In some instances, we may be able to despatch using Royal Mail Special Delivery
1pm service. As this depends on availability of goods and weight, please contact
01702 599036 in the first instance.
Locations Outside the United Kingdom
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to despatch to locations outside the United
Kingdom.
Payment and Pricing
Payment is via PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card This facility provides you with the
peace of mind that your payment is secure. Please note, we do not accept American Express. Payment will appear on your card statement as “PAYPAL * * DANCELAND AT

All our prices are quoted in GBP Sterling inclusive of VAT where applicable.
In the event of price changes from our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust
our prices accordingly, and without notice.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your
order, by emailing us at sales@dancelandatdalbys.co.uk
You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving and checking the items.
Please ensure items are handled with care, not marked when trying them on and
returned in their original packaging. We are unable to refund or exchange items that
have been marked or show signs of wear. Due to hygiene reasons, tights and underwear etc are not refundable once opened, unless faulty.
Special order items that are not regular stock items cannot be refunded.
When returning items for refund, it is your responsibility to return the items at your
cost. It may be advisable to use a tracking service as we cannot refund where a
parcel has been lost. Please enclose a copy of your invoice/sales receipt, with a
covering note showing your contact details, the invoice/sales receipt number, and
your reason for the return.
Refunds can only be credited to the PayPal account or credit / debit card used when
purchasing.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Faulty and Incorrectly Shipped Items
In an instance where a garment is faulty or incorrectly shipped we will replace the
same item and your return postage will be refunded.
